  1. Shipping costs are included in the price for the UK only

  2. International customers: please contact for a shipping quote before paying.

  3. Accepted forms of payment are: Credit card via Paypal or Bank transfer

  4. RETURN POLICY: DAMAGED GOODS - If your bear arrives in a damaged condition during delivery, please forward a picture and save the bear, the box and all packing material. Notify me immediately and I will place a claim with the freight carrier. The bears are one of a kind and a new one will have to be made or your money returned. Burman Bears insures all shipments and you may have to allow a representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging for a claim to be made accordingly.

 BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WORKSHOPS
1.  All bookings require 100% payment in advance to confirm your place.
2.  We understand that sometimes things crop up, and we will try to be as flexible as possible in rescheduling your booking to another workshop date, subject to availability.
3.  In the event of you cancelling a workshop the following terms & conditions apply:
(a). More than 28 days before the workshop date there will be a £35 booking fee deducted from your payment and the remainder refunded to you.
(b). Less than 28 days notice the 50% of the total fee paid will be non-returnable as materials and facilities would have been paid for and other possible attendees would have been turned down 
(c)  Non-attendance on the day:  No refund
4. In the unlikely event we have to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances we will endeavour to give our guests as much notice as possible. We will happily refund the full booking fee or transfer your booking to another workshop of the same price, space permitting. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, expenses or disappointment.
